Quite frankly, many of our sessions and conversations start with a “warning.” Content is rated R for REAL. Although there are elements of comedy and entertainment involved, we also speak very candidly.

There are elements of humor and entertainment stitched into each session because we believe strongly that actual learning occurs when participants are “Wide Awake.” We “wake up” the room with energy and activities to keep participants awake and engaged to receive the information, asking questions and self-reflecting.

As much as celebration and involvement are important in our interactions, discomfort and challenge are necessary components when facilitating awakenings, changing behavior, perceptions, results, attitudes, and culture. We ask questions, challenge the participant’s answers, “daily rituals” and industry “norms”. “That’s the way we do it” doesn’t mean there are no better ways. We get people thinking and feeling! Understanding their role, the why behind it all, problem solving, asking questions, developing action plans, practicing and then… we watch the awakenings happen!
